*The Kensington Park Hotel is only a block away from Union Square which is so convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing activities! We always stay at the hotel because of the friendly staff, efficient service, and affordable rates. The rooms are very spacious and allows a lot for storage after a busy day of shopping. They are also clean and have good amenities that make our stay so comfortable and feels like "a home away from home." We have been staying at the Kensington Park Hotel for over 15 years whenever we visit San Francisco...the best kept "secret" in Union Square!

*Everything was perfect! From the front desk staff to the cleaning staff it showed the employees take pride in this hotel. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately. The room was very nice and the bed, well, best sleep I have had at a hotel in a long while. Perfect stay! Location is central for shopping, ice skating for my 6yo in winter, restaurants, and easy to get to any area of the city via public transportation using cable car or bus. Thanks and we will be back when in SF.

*We stayed at this beautiful place in the heart of Post St. with close access to Chinatown and nearby restaurants; the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, the room was cozy and up on the 12th floor with a nice view; the kids loved it so did I. If you are looking for a hotel to completely rest and get around in no time, this is it; the only down side was that the elevator(s) was a bit busy that night, probably because there were a lot of people staying in, on the other hand the elevator has a sofa bench that can be used as a bed for the 10-30 sec ride to your floor; I thought it was great!

*My husband and I were gifted an overnight stay at this wonderful pearl of a hotel! It's a charming blend of modern and traditional, and sits in a terrific location that lets you spill out into the heartbeat of Union Square. Staff - everyone from the front desk folks to the housekeeping staff -- actually smiled and made it a point to "connect" with us on a personal level. What a nice feeling! We look forward to a next visit without hesitation! They live up to their parent company name -- Personality Hotels! P.S. Loved their fun treatment of the usual written messages one normally finds in a hotel room. Kudos for the creativity!

*After much research I chose Kensington Park for a little brides getaway and boy was I impressed! We arrived at 9am to find our room all ready for us(which is nice coming off a 4 hour drive!) The desk clerk was extremely nice. The room was on the small side but I think everything in San Francisco is :) The decor was excellent the bathroom was very spacious. We had a royal court double double that had a view of Nob Hill which was gorgeous at sunrise. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! I wish I had one at home! The robe and slippers made it a bit more luxurious...nice touch! The high light was when my gal pals and I went exploring the city when we returned there was a comp bottle of wine and a sweet letter from the front desk with a congrats on our upcoming weddings! That did it for me I was smitten by that. The hotel is in a VERY good location close to everything! I can't wait to bring my soon to be husband here and show him why I fell in love with Kensington Park! Thanks everyone!!!
