First time to stay at the Kensington. Great hotel, great ambiance, great staff! The rooms were very tastefully done and first rate. You actually get what you see in the picture! Excellent value and I will stay at this hotel again when I take another trip to SF.

Personality Hotels has my business for life in SFO. Kensington Park was my favorite hotel, beginning about 5 years ago, and I assure you that I will take you up on your offer. By the way - the single feature that we love the most is the painted ceilings in Kensington Park and Hotel Metropolis.

We recently stayed at the Kensington Park Hotel along with our daughter's family of 4. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The the double double room was a little small but the location more than made up for it. We would certainly stay here again.

Please accept our deepest gratitude for the outstanding service we received both prior to and during our stay at the Kensington. We truly appreciated all of the time and energy that you and the rest of the front desk staff put into making us feel welcome and comfortable with the Kensington. In fact, the friendliness and warmth of the staff is half the reason why we chose the Kensington for our wedding site; the rest, of course, was the beauty and charm of the Royal Court Suite and the Sherwood Room. Your suggestions and tips were very useful in helping us prepare for our ceremony in the Sherwood Room, and all of our 20 guests were very impressed by the hotel and the room itself.

The Royal Court Suite, of course, was perfection. It was roomy enough for all of our guests to gather after the ceremony, and so richly furnished that our friends thought we spent far more than we had! We loved that we had a large sitting area for our guests, and that the two bathrooms could accomodate everyone so easily. We also enjoyed the feeling of being pampered by coming in to our room to find complimentary water, toiletries, and newspapers, not to mention the coffee and tea and the outstanding cleaning service.

Our only regret is that we could not stay longer to enjoy the wonderful comforts of the hotel... The staff, including both yourself and everyone we met at the hotel, went above and beyond in their attention to detail and the gracious service they provided to us and our guests. I have never had a more positive, comfortable, or pampered an experience at a hotel than I had this weekend at the Kensington. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help in making our wedding weekend so incredible. It looks like we'll just have to book again on our anniversary! :-)

We loved your hotel. The room was well-decorated, clean, with great toiletries and coffee. The late afternoon tea and sherry was a good service. All the staff was pleasant and helpful. We would very much like to stay there again.
